HANDMADE GOODS POLICY:
*All orders have a 7-14 day turnaround time. Turnaround time does NOT include weekends and holidays.
*Please review the description of the listing is what you are wanting. Understand that colors can vary from screen to screen and in various lighting. Everything is done to ensure the most accurate representation possible.
*All custom orders will be started once payment is received. Due to the customization of our products, no refunds can be given once an order has been started.
*All products are made by hand and every effort is made to ensure they are as close to perfect as possible. None of my items are mass produced. I want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify me immediately if it does not meet your approval. Any exchange/refund requests should be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES AFTER THIS TIME. If a resolution is reached your item(s) must be returned BEFORE replacement or refund is given. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
*Current turnaround times will be updated on the website as well as social media. During holiday seasons, completion times will be extended. You will be provided a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please contact me at mistymaedit@gmail.com to discuss completion times if you are needing a specific deadline.
*Once your order has shipped, I have no control of it and is out of my hands. If your items is lost/stolen/damaged you need to contact the shipping company for a resolution.

HANDMADE GOODS FAQ:
*What is the current turn around time for an order? Check my website and social media for up-to-date turnaround times. Most t shirt orders are completed within five business days. Custom design work is usually completed within 2 weeks. Special requests and customizations may increase turnaround time. Also, the wait time is longer around holidays. Turnaround time does NOT include weekends and holidays. If you are facing a deadline, please contact me to discuss rushing your order. I will do my best to accommodate you.
*What is the care and maintenance for my custom tumbler? Tumblers must be hand-washed with non-abrasive cleaners/scrubbers. They are not dishwasher safe. Also, they are not intended for the microwave or freezer. You should avoid extreme temperatures with your tumbler, such as hot cars or freezers. Each tumbler will include a care card inside as well.
*What is the care and maintenance for my custom t-shirt? It is recommended that all DTF printed apparel be washed inside out on a cool cycle. You can hang dry or use a no/low heat tumble dry to increase longevity and keep designs vibrant. Do NOT iron over the print on your shirt.
*Can you ship my order? Yes. I ship throughout the United States. Your shipping will be calculated when you place your order.
*If I am local, can I pick up order? Yes! If you are local to the Visalia, Ca. area, I can arrange a time for you to pick up your order.
*How do I order? Please visit my website at www.mistymaedit.com to place an order. You can also email mistymaedit@gmail.com for special requests such as bulk or rush orders. Prepayment is required prior to the work being started.
*I have a deadline – can I still get an order made? That will depend on how soon you need the order and the details. Contact us asap and I will do my best to get you taken care of.
*I am looking to purchase several items for my business, event, church, etc. Do you offer a discount for bulk orders? Absolutely! Contact me directly for large orders. We can discuss design, time frame and budget.
*I have a logo for my business, event, church, etc. Can you use this design in a cup? As long as you have the rights to use the logo and it is not subject to any trademarks, I can use your logo! If you are unsure, contact us at mistymaedit@gmail.com and we will try to help out in this area.
