Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) will be required.

We make every effort to package and ship items securely. However, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Customers are encouraged to select appropriate shipping options, including insurance, at checkout. Please make sure you have listed the correct address as I am not responsible if shipped to an incorrect address.
