The card is designed with a template that includes a bleed area suitable for most print sites. If this will not work for where you are ordering your cards, please let me know before the design process.

*Please keep in mind, that this is a digital item, and familiarity with the software and equipment with which this will be printed is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you have the right software for this particular file prior to purchase, as no refunds will be provided.

*You may use the image for up to 100 tangible (NOT PRINTS) sales! If you would like to sell prints you need to purchase a print license for each design you wish to sell prints for. All Google Drives include a print license for ALL files on the drive.

*Simple edits (names, colors, etc.) that do not change the design itself will be a $1-$2 edit fee.

*Any elements, alphabets, papers, or frames CAN be used to create your own designs, BUT designs cannot be sold in digital form.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after email/download, and all purchases made from “Misty Mae’d It” are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products are “intangible”, there is a strict no refund policy. NO REFUNDS ON RUSH/EXCLUSIVE FEE PURCHASES.

*Turnaround time on all custom digital orders is approximately 48 hours unless otherwise discussed.

*Orders are completed in the order that payments are received. If you need your order by a specific deadline you need to let me know BEFORE ordering. You are welcome to pay a rush fee to put your order above the list. Your rush order time will be based on when you need it, and how quickly you reply to any edits on your design. *Please understand that the clipart designers I choose to use have policies I have to abide by. Therefore I need to make sure my customers understand what can and cannot be done. One thing for sure is that you CAN NOT by any means do is copyright or trademark your design made by me!

*If you are found breaking any of the above terms your contract will become NULL and VOID and you will FORFEIT ALL rights to use my designs for both personal and business use now and in the future with NO refund!
