This listing is for a custom shirt. Memorial shirts with photo design on back and small pocket design on front. Shirts are Black Gildan Softstyle.

**If you are local to Visalia, Ca. then you have the option for local pickup. Please make sure to select it at checkout because shipping will not be refunded if you fail to do so.**

Because these are handmade, there may be minor imperfections. While I do my best to try to make the pen as perfect as possible it is sometimes unavoidable (specks of glitter or dust).

Please note that colors may vary from screen to screen. There are times that glitters used may be color shifting. Please keep this in mind when ordering. This means they may look different indoors vs outdoors and from angle to angle.

APPAREL CARE:

To preserve the quality and longevity of your handmade item, please follow the provided care instructions. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in damage, for which we are not responsible. Turn garments inside out before washing to protect prints, embroidery, or delicate fabrics. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals. Air dry for the best results and to prevent shrinking or damage. If using a dryer, select a low-heat setting and remove promptly to reduce wrinkles. Use a low to medium heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over prints, embroidery, or embellishments. For printed designs, place a thin cloth or parchment paper between the iron and the garment.

Some products may include small parts, fragile components, or materials not suitable for young children or pets. Please use caution and keep such items out of reach if necessary.

Customized or personalized items are made to order and are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information when placing a custom order. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) will be required.

We make every effort to package and ship items securely. However, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers. Customers are encouraged to select appropriate shipping options, including insurance, at checkout. Please make sure you have listed the correct address as I am not responsible if shipped to an incorrect address.
